If your fixture requires a separate lamp purchase, you will see "Bulb(s) Included?: No" listed under the "Specifications" section on the product page or specification sheet.
How do I find the correct bulb for my fixture if it is not included or needs to be replaced?
Bulbs used in your fixture must have the same Bulb Type and Voltage as listed under the “Specifications” section of the fixture's product page or specification sheet. Please send any query to lighting@themoo.group. The Bulb Type and Voltage as listed are generally common and widely available.

We are currently offering free standard shipping on most order across The Middle East (including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait).
We also ship to the United Kingdom and Europe (selected countries with in the EU and EEA). Shipping fees will be calculated on order placement.

Our carriers are generally able to deliver within 7-14  business days upon payment received.

Contact hello@moolighting.com  if you would like to inquire about returning an item purchased through our website and be sure to include your order number and the SKU of the item you are looking to return. Open box fixtures are final sale and not eligible for return.

No merchandise may be returned without written authorization from a THE MOO GROUP. A request for written authorization (“Return Material Authorization” or “RMA”) must be requested within 14 days of material and product delivery.

We cannot accept returns if the fixture has been installed or the box has been opened. All returns must be accompanied by the RMA and shipped to THE MOO GROUP within 30 days of the date on the RMA. After receiving the RMA document, please place the RMA under the shipping label or include it within the shipping label pouch.  

All authorized returns are subject to handling, inspection and re-stocking charges which will be no less than 35% of the original invoiced Product amount.  Delivery (including shipping charges) to The Moo Group of undamaged Product is the responsibility of the customer.

 No credit will be issued on damaged Product (outside of verified concealed damage) and the customer will be advised with pictures of the damage so they may file a freight claim with their chosen shipping company. THE MOO GROUP will issue the appropriate credit within 30 days of receipt of the undamaged Product. 

All products delivered to the supplied address as per the order duty paid.

Payment for online orders will be 100% advance upon online orders.

All MOO Lighting products have a 5 year limited warranty. Non-LED fixtures have a 1 year limited warranty.

The limited warranty set forth herein applies only to the original purchaser of the Product (“Buyer”) and may be acted upon only by such buyer, and may not be assigned, sold or transferred to any third party.

MOO Lighting warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 5 years for LED fixtures and 1 year for Non-LED fixtures.

If this product does not conform to the warranty, MOO Lighting will send you a replacement LED light bulb or necessary parts provided you submit a proof of purchase with your RMA. For any questions, concerns, or to learn how to return the product please email to hello@moolighting.com

Within 30 days of receipt of the failed fixture, it will be inspected and tested and if deemed defective, then credit will be issued for the new fixture.

Should the failure be deemed field or environment related, ie. voltage spike, improper installation or physical damage, pictures will be supplied along with the test results and there will be no credit provided since the product failure was not caused by defect.

MOO LIghting is not responsible for any charges to service or replace the product in addition to the replacement product or product value.

This limited warranty does not cover products subject to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God. This warranty excludes labor or the cost of labor for the installation of the product.

Replacement part of purchase price credit are yore sole remedies to be chosen at MOO Lighting discretion extent to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Any implied warranties are limited in duration as mentioned.

Incidental or consequential damages are excluded expressively.

General Merchandise Terms

MOO Lighting reserves the right to make any engineering changes to its products without notice and all changes will be reflected in electronically published data available on its website. MOO Lighting is not responsible for out of date or obsolete data from previously published information.

All “Made to Order” (“MTO”), “Modified” or “Custom” fixtures are not eligible for cancellation once order is released for production nor are they eligible for return. Cancellation of any order prior to shipment is subject to a cancellation fee and must be in writing and acknowledged by MOO Lighting. 

It is highly recommended that all “MTO”, Modified, or Custom order includes any “Attic Stock” needed as reduced quantity orders will result in higher production costs.
